To enroll, please bring in the the following documents to the main office
 

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  • Child's Immunization Record (Shot Record)

  • Physical Form

  • Blood Lead Certificate

  • Two (2) Proofs of Address

  • Proof Of Income (Pre-K only)

 

Registration  is not complete until all items are turned into the office along with the registration packet. ​Packets are available in the office as well as below.

Family engagement is a key fundamental element of any school improvement effort. The term describes behaviors and practices that can be supported in the school environment, such as parent/guardian-child and parent/guardian-teacher communication practices, parent/guardian roles and responsibilities in the home, parent/guardian roles and responsibilities at school. Here at CCB we work hard to provide this important element to our students and families.
